REMEMBER:
1. Unless you are a van driver (or Carl/Liz/Peter) you will need to make your own hotel reservation.
2. All of these hotels have rooms for @ $80 per night. If you want a single, book it!
3. If you don't mind a room mate, there is an opportunity to share a room/expenses most weeks. I'll let you know individually about that, but let me know if you are OK with sharing a room.
4. If you are going to ship your bike via Federal Express to the hotel, please call them before doing so to ensure you have the correct shipping address and that they are looking for it.
